I paint abstracts and landscapes (using real and digital methods) in a looser style than my other work - mostly painting for fun.

Beyond enjoyment, hand made textures are a great way to add depth, meaning and a sense of tactile, human-made-ness to the otherwise often flat, detatched digital space and I often create textures for design projects (like websites or branding) using these techniques.
